Registration for the 2010 Fall Season is due no later than Monday, August 16th. Students must have a physical on file to participate in band camp.
There are two fees required to participate in fall.-
The $240 Anoka-Hennepin District activity fee.

The $150 CPBA fee. This is discounted to $90 for any students who participated in summer.
Registration forms can be turned into the Activities Office at the following hours:

7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Tuesday, August 10 - 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, August 11 - 4:00 - 6:45 p.m. and after Player/Parent Meeting

Thursday, August 12 - 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
All of the following forms must be turned in together to the activities office:

All others may be turned in with the district forms, or to the Band Box (located in the Instrumental Music Office) on the first Monday of Band Camp, August 16th.
